Yongsan Station Pilates · Premium 1:1 Pilates & Gyrotonic
Instructors trained in the RU method
design each member’s sequence together with you.
RU PILATES doesn’t repeat a fixed routine. Through movement assessment, we first read the patterns your body holds right now, then design the safest, most effective 1:1 sequence on top of that. It’s built on 14 years of clinical insight and a method refined through international workshops.

Assessment · Custom Design · Precise Movement — built on three pillars
01Your first session starts with measurement. We assess alignment, mobility, and muscle-activation patterns to find what you need before designing your program.
02Fully 1:1, never a group class. RU and the instructor team adjust each session’s sequence together to fit your goals and condition.
03An internationally certified Gyrotonic program connecting the spine’s circular movement with deep breathing, for a more flexible, integrated body.
Starting from assessment, proven by every member’s change

"Movement doesn’t lie."
With over 14 years of Pilates teaching experience, she researches and applies movement assessment, rehabilitation exercise, pain management, and prenatal/postnatal exercise. Her teaching philosophy is to find the root cause through assessment and create change through movement. As co-founder & curriculum developer of SOMA FLOW Academy (formerly FINI ACADEMY), a Pilates professional education institute, she is setting a new standard for Pilates education at home and abroad.

"Good movement starts with correct alignment."
A movement specialist who has taught a wide range of members for about 8 years, based in yoga and Pilates. She carefully analyzes each member’s body shape, lifestyle, and movement patterns, aiming for classes that create real change rather than simply teaching exercise. She has particular strength in correcting common modern posture issues such as forward head, rounded shoulders, and pelvic imbalance, and consistently documents real Before & After cases. She runs the YouTube channel «SsomPila», actively producing sequence-teaching and workout content.

"Good movement starts with understanding your body’s discomfort."
A specialist instructor who analyzes each member’s body based on rehabilitation exercise and movement assessment, helping relieve pain and restore function. As a Modern Pilates international instructor, she has completed courses in Movement Assessment Science, Sports Rehabilitation, an expert course on pelvic floor & core function application, and a certified rehabilitation-specialist course from the Kyung Hee Medical Science Research Institute. She provides safe, systematic customized programs for members dealing with recurring lower back/neck/shoulder discomfort, pelvic imbalance, weak core, as well as physical changes during and after pregnancy.

"Good movement starts with carefully understanding your own body."
Drawing on about 7 years of experience teaching exercise in Japan, instructor Noh Munana looks closely at each member’s body shape and movement to run Pilates sessions customized to their body and goals.
She has taught private and group Pilates members in Japan, and through her study-abroad experience in Korea has also built an understanding of the Korean language and culture. She continues her professional education by completing RU PILATES Director Jung In-ae’s lymphatic & diet workshop, expanding beyond movement into lymphatic care and diet.
Carefully checking each member’s current physical condition, and helping even first-time exercisers understand their own body and move comfortably — that is what defines instructor Noh Munana’s classes.
Because every body is different,
good teaching also starts with truly understanding one person’s body.
Deep breathing and slow movement guide a body skewed toward sympathetic dominance back into parasympathetic-led recovery. RU PILATES combines breath, alignment, and sole-of-foot stimulation (Spark Mat) sessions to support nervous-system balance and improve the quality of sleep, circulation, and recovery. It’s more than exercise — it’s time to set down the day’s tension.

Prenatal/postnatal Pilates safely designed by trimester to match your changing body. Alongside 1:1 customized care for pregnant members, we also run the «Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates Specialist» workshop for professionals. Built on a method refined on the international stage, we’re with you safely through the most delicate time.

RU PILATES’ method has been strengthened by 14 years of teaching experience and workshops around the world. An approach proven through international workshops in Japan and Indonesia is translated into sessions at the studio by instructors trained in the RU method. RU and the instructor team design each member’s sequence together.

Movement Education, Reimagined
SOMA FLOW Academy (formerly FINI ACADEMY) is an education method that starts from assessment and structures movement step by step, offering a professional curriculum that builds progressively from Basic through group programming.
Good posture isn’t simply standing up straight. It’s a process of building balance — between body and mind, movement and life, present and future — and we teach movement for a healthier, longer-lasting life.
Reawaken the foundation of movement starting from its most basic point of contact.
Understand fascia as the pathway through which movement travels, restoring whole-body connectivity.
Connect breathing and center-of-body stability into one.
Rebuild posture patterns through correct sensory input.
Create natural flow with movement sequences designed at the nervous-system level.
Apply directly in Pilates, rehabilitation, and wellness settings.
An entry course exploring the shared principles of Pilates and functional training — a starting point for both fields to communicate in the same anatomical language.
Group-class design and cueing strategy for 5 clinical conditions. Enables individualized guidance even within a group of mixed participants.
Starting from a posture assessment, work backward to design an individualized program. Completes the professional skill of reading a client’s body and prescribing exactly what it needs.
