Because every body is different,
good teaching also starts with truly understanding one person’s body.

From a tense body,
to a state of ease

Deep breathing and slow movement guide a body skewed toward sympathetic dominance back into parasympathetic-led recovery. RU PILATES combines breath, alignment, and sole-of-foot stimulation (Spark Mat) sessions to support nervous-system balance and improve the quality of sleep, circulation, and recovery. It’s more than exercise — it’s time to set down the day’s tension.

I do PT and home workouts too, but RU PILATES is really different. It doesn’t feel like just exercise — it feels like alignment and correction. I felt the effect right from session 3, added 15 more sessions, then more… I’ve decided to keep going long-term. Honest review: my mom, my brother, and I are all members now. 👍

I’d had two herniated-disc surgeries and was told I needed a third. By session 3 my walking got easier, and back pain and leg numbness improved a lot. My doctor said I was improving too. I was afraid of surgery and chose this instead — best decision I’ve made.

Before coming here I used to get back injections more than twice a year — since starting, I haven’t needed a single one. The director and instructors diagnose posture issues in detail and teach almost like therapy. My husband, daughter, and niece all go here too — a proven place.

Years-old pain disappeared within a few months. The process of finding the movement that fits me, instead of forcing myself into a movement, helped me understand my own body far better. I realized the wrong kind of exercise can make things worse — this place has made up for the time and money I spent elsewhere.

Pilates specialized in body-shape analysis and correction. Careful checks by the director and instructor accurately identified my imbalances and taught me customized exercises. Even one trial session gave me so much insight.

A cozy boutique studio a 5-minute walk from Yongsan Station, on the 3rd floor of the Summit. My instructor communicated smoothly in English which made classes comfortable, and Gyrotonic sessions greatly reduced my spinal pain.

The only Pilates studio in Yongsan I’ve stuck with long-term. Classes properly activate the right muscles and my back pain goes away. I confidently recommend it to anyone dealing with back pain.
